133 Elridge Street, YNC
As part of 133 Elridge Street, NYC, our client Sinvin sent a video of what they wanted to do with the space. With this, a floorplan, and some photography of the site we could create our retail virtual staging.Â
This building was captured in 3D so the Virtual Tour could be used with a grant and funding application to help bring the Guildhall back to it’s former glory as a central place within the community.
Using architect drawings and content from the original 3D virtual tour (such has ‘committee member boards), we were able to create a vision of what would be possible with the building.
