Virtual Tours

What is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is an interactive digital recreation of a real space. It allows people to explore a venue, property or building online, move between rooms and understand the layout from any device—before visiting in person.

Yes. Our Infinity platform can enhance most existing Matterport tours, even if they were originally created by another provider. We can add branding, menus, videos, maps, links, forms, analytics and other interactive features without rescanning the building.

Yes. Your virtual tour can be embedded directly into your website so visitors can explore without leaving the page. We can provide the embed code or work with your website team to install and display it correctly.

Yes. Analytics can show how many people viewed the tour, how they interacted with it and which features attracted the most attention. We can also connect enhanced tours to Google Analytics 4 for more detailed reporting.

What is an infinity virtual tour?

An Infinity Virtual Tour transforms a standard Matterport tour into a fully branded, interactive digital experience. It can include navigation menus, videos, floor plans, maps, lead-capture forms, multiple languages, analytics and clickable information points tailored to your business.

Yes. Our virtual tours work across desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. We also make sure the tour is embedded responsively so it displays correctly on different screen sizes.

Yes. We can add buttons, links and lead-capture forms that allow visitors to enquire, book, download a brochure or visit a specific page while they are exploring the tour.

We create virtual tours for hotels, wedding venues, visitor attractions, schools, universities, retailers, offices, factories, healthcare providers, estate agents and many other organisations. They are particularly valuable when customers need to understand a space before visiting, booking or buying.

Drone Photography and Video

FPV stands for “first-person view”. An FPV drone can fly smoothly through and around a building, creating a continuous journey that connects indoor and outdoor spaces. It is ideal for giving viewers a fast, cinematic overview of an entire venue.

Yes. We can use specialist FPV drones to capture indoor flythroughs of suitable buildings. Indoor filming depends on the available space, layout, people and potential obstacles, so we assess every project individually.

Yes. Drone footage can be added to an Infinity Virtual Tour to introduce the location, highlight important areas and connect the building with its wider surroundings.

Yes. Our commercial drone operations are carefully planned and carried out by trained pilots using the appropriate permissions, insurance and risk assessments. Every location is assessed before filming takes place.

A drone video captures cinematic aerial footage of your property, venue or site, showcasing its scale, surroundings and location from a perspective traditional photography cannot achieve. It can include sweeping exterior views, close-up details and smooth flythrough footage to create a powerful overview of the complete space.

Safety and image quality come first. If strong winds, rain or poor visibility make outdoor filming unsuitable, we will discuss the available options and rearrange the aerial filming if necessary.

Websites and Digital Marketing

Yes. We design and build responsive WordPress websites for businesses that need a professional, easy-to-manage online presence. Our websites can include virtual tours, video, booking systems, contact forms, analytics and search-optimised content.

Yes. We can improve the technical structure, content and local relevance of your website to help search engines understand your business. Our wider Digital Authority Management service also considers AI search visibility, business profiles, citations, content and brand consistency.

Digital Authority Management is Apollo3D’s ongoing approach to strengthening how a business appears across search engines, AI-generated answers, local results, professional platforms and other trusted online sources. The aim is to improve visibility, credibility and the number of relevant enquiries the business receives.

Yes. We can review your existing website and improve its design, structure, content, performance, search visibility and conversion journey. In some cases, targeted improvements are enough; in others, rebuilding the site may provide better long-term value.

Yes. We offer ongoing website hosting, maintenance and support. This can include software updates, security checks, backups, content changes and technical assistance.

Digital authority is the trust, credibility and visibility your business builds online. It comes from having a strong website, consistent business information, useful content, positive reviews and an active presence across search engines, AI platforms, social media and other trusted online sources.

SEO helps a business appear in traditional search-engine results. AEO helps its information appear in direct answers, snippets and voice searches. GEO helps AI-powered platforms understand, trust and reference the business when generating recommendations and responses.

Digital Twins and Building Management

A digital twin is an accurate, interactive digital representation of a physical building or space. It allows people to explore the property remotely and can include information about rooms, equipment, assets and building systems.

Yes. We can create a consistent digital record across multiple buildings or sites. This gives facilities and management teams remote access to information without relying on repeated site visits or disconnected spreadsheets.

In many situations, yes. Teams, contractors and decision-makers can inspect layouts, check access routes, review equipment locations and prepare work remotely. A physical visit may still be necessary, but the digital twin can reduce avoidable journeys and improve preparation.

A digital twin gives facilities teams a shared visual record of a building. Equipment, alarms, fire-safety assets, electrical panels, HVAC systems and other important items can be tagged with documents, photographs, service information and maintenance records.

Yes. Interactive tags can contain text, photographs, videos, documents, links, asset references and maintenance information. The content can be adapted to match the requirements of your organisation

Working With Apollo3D

Apollo3D is based in West Yorkshire and delivers projects throughout the UK. We also support multi-site and international projects, including large-scale programmes across Europe.

The time required depends on the size, layout and complexity of the building. A smaller venue may be completed within a few hours, while a large or complex site may require a full day or multiple visits. We will estimate the scanning time before the project begins.

Where possible, areas should be clear while they are being scanned. This helps us capture a clean, professional result and prevents people from appearing repeatedly in the finished tour. We can plan the scanning route around staff, guests or operational requirements.

Delivery times depend on the size and complexity of the project and the amount of editing or custom development required. We will agree an expected delivery schedule before work begins and keep you updated throughout the process.

Contact Apollo3D with your location, the approximate size of the space and what you would like the project to achieve. We will recommend the most appropriate services and provide a tailored quotation.

The cost depends on the size and complexity of the space, its location, the number of areas being captured and any additional features required. Contact us with a few project details and we will provide a clear, tailored quotation.

The property should be clean, tidy and presented exactly as you would like customers to see it. Because the camera captures every direction, personal items, clutter and equipment that should not appear need to be removed or stored before scanning begins.

Yes. We regularly work around operational requirements, including early mornings, evenings and overnight access. Any access restrictions or additional requirements can be discussed when planning the project.
