Website Services

Transfer to Another Provider

Clients may choose to transfer their website, hosting, domain management or other related website services from Apollo3D to another provider.

Apollo3D will provide reasonable assistance to support the transfer, including supplying available website files, database exports, login credentials and other relevant information held by Apollo3D that is reasonably required by the client’s new provider.

A website transfer administration fee of £125 plus VAT will apply. This fee must be paid before Apollo3D begins preparing the transfer or liaising with the new provider.

The administration fee covers the standard preparation and release of the website information held by Apollo3D and reasonable communication with the client or their appointed provider. It does not include:
Any additional work requested from Apollo3D will be quoted separately and must be approved by the client before the work is undertaken.

The client must ensure that all outstanding invoices owed to Apollo3D have been paid before the transfer is completed.

Apollo3D will use reasonable care when preparing and supplying the transfer information but cannot guarantee that the website will operate correctly on systems managed by another provider. Once the website files, credentials or services have been transferred, the client and their new provider will be responsible for the website’s migration, configuration, security, backups, testing and ongoing operation.

Apollo3D is not responsible for delays caused by the client, the new provider, domain registrars, hosting companies or other third parties.
